Eltek Flatpack2 and Flatpack S rectifier modules

Eltek built one of the most widely deployed rectifier module families in telecom power systems before its 2022 acquisition by Delta, and Flatpack2 and Flatpack S modules remain in service across a large share of legacy and current sites in Africa and the Gulf. The enquiries we get are almost always a straight replacement — the shelf is fine, one module has failed, and the buyer needs the same wattage and voltage class rather than a system redesign.

How to read these part numbers

Flatpack2 is the larger-format module family (2000-3000W class); Flatpack S is the compact format (1000-1800W class) used in smaller cabinets and cell-site shelves. The voltage figure in the model name — 24, 48, 60 or 380 — is the DC bus voltage, not interchangeable between installations. HE means High Efficiency and SHE means Super High Efficiency; a SHE module is a drop-in upgrade for an HE slot of the same wattage and voltage class in nearly all Eltek shelves.

Ordering notes

Give the exact Flatpack2 or Flatpack S model including voltage class and wattage — a 48V and a 24V module of the same wattage are not interchangeable and share only the family name. Confirm whether your shelf accepts SHE modules if you are upgrading from HE. Condition is stated per quotation — new, new-surplus or refurbished — and where a destination does not admit used network equipment (Algeria is the usual example) we quote new. Hardware only: software licensing remains between the buyer and the manufacturer. Destination type approval and import permits (CST/SABER, TDRA, ICASA, CA, CMC, ARPCE) are the buyer's responsibility and we will say so on the quotation.

Lifecycle and availability

Flatpack2 and Flatpack S remain in production under Delta-Eltek and are sourced new; earlier Eltek-branded stock (pre-2022 acquisition) is supplied new-surplus or refurbished, and is functionally identical to current-production modules of the same part number.

Equipment condition

New — factory-sealed, supplied through the manufacturer's authorised channel or an authorised distributor, with full manufacturer warranty.

New surplus — unused factory stock, original packaging where available, sourced from decommissioned projects or distributor inventory. Manufacturer warranty may have lapsed; CRS PLUS warranty applies.

Refurbished / tested — previously deployed equipment, cleaned, firmware-checked and functionally tested against the manufacturer's specification before shipment. CRS PLUS warranty applies.

Condition is confirmed in writing on every quotation before you commit to an order.

Warranty terms vary by item, by condition and by the supplier the equipment is sourced from. They are stated in writing on the quotation, per line item, before you commit to an order.

Where equipment is supplied new through an authorised channel, the manufacturer's warranty applies and is passed to you.

Frequently asked questions

Eltek was acquired by Delta Electronics in 2022 and now operates as Delta-Eltek. Existing Flatpack2 and Flatpack S part numbers and specifications are unchanged, so a module bought today will match one installed years ago.
