Order Conformity & Warranty
What we confirm before goods ship
Every order is checked against the purchase order at origin, before shipment. Warranty terms are set per item and stated on the quotation.
Confirmed on every order
- Specification conformity — goods match the agreed technical specification
- Quantity accuracy — counts match the purchase order and packing list
- Documentation completeness — material test certificates, certificate of origin and packing list supplied where the specification requires them
- Condition stated in writing — new, new surplus, or refurbished and tested, confirmed on the quotation before you commit
Pre-shipment inspection
Non-conforming goods are identified at pre-shipment inspection, before they leave the supplier — which is when an issue is cheapest and fastest to resolve. Rejection happens at origin, not on arrival.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by item, by condition and by the supplier the equipment is sourced from. They are stated in writing on the quotation, per line item, before you commit to an order.
Where equipment is supplied new through an authorised channel, the manufacturer's warranty applies and is passed to you.
