Our Process

The process
is the product.

As a procurement agent, what CRS PLUS delivers is a structured, accountable process — from the first enquiry to after-sales support.

01

Enquiry & specification clarification

Ambiguous specifications are clarified before pricing, so quotations are comparable and technical options can be evaluated on a like-for-like basis.

02

Supplier shortlisting

Suppliers are shortlisted from the verified network — matched to the specification, capacity, and lead-time requirements of the project.

03

Quotation & technical comparison

The client receives options, not a single price. Quotations are compared on commercial terms, technical conformity, and delivery lead time.

04

Purchase order & manufacturing follow-up

Once the order is placed, CRS PLUS follows up with the supplier through production — expediting against the agreed timeline.

05

Inspection & documentation

Pre-shipment inspection, material test certificates, certificate of origin, and packing list are prepared and verified before goods leave the supplier.

06

Logistics & Incoterms

Routing, customs clearance, permits, and multi-modal transport are arranged and managed against the agreed Incoterms.

07

Delivery & after-sales support

Goods are delivered to the specified destination, with after-sales support and warranty claim assistance provided where the OEM warranty applies.

Independent inspection, on request.

CRS PLUS conducts its own pre-shipment inspection as standard. Because CRS PLUS acts as the buyer's procurement agent rather than as an independent inspection body, clients requiring fully independent verification may either appoint their own inspector or request that CRS PLUS engage an accredited inspection body — such as SGS or Bureau Veritas — with the cost passed through at rate.
