Most enquiries arrive as a bill of quantities rather than a single line item, so pricing runs against the full BOQ rather than item by item: we clarify ambiguous specifications, quote comparable materials where the named brand is unavailable, and consolidate delivery scheduling so materials arrive against the build programme rather than in an uncoordinated sequence. Every quotation states the standard the material is sourced against and supplies mill test certificates where the specification requires them.

Send us the bill of quantities as issued. We flag ambiguous or underspecified items before quoting rather than assuming, price comparable materials where the named brand or supplier is unavailable, and return one consolidated quotation against the BOQ rather than a set of disconnected line items. Delivery is scheduled against your build programme, not against our convenience.
